Please do not leave food inside your refrigerators when you leave for long periods of time.We do experience many power surges which can also cause loss of power to your refrigerator. The food can spoil and cause a terrible odor throughout your unit and seep into surrounding units.

If you have guests coming to stay at your unit, please notify the office and the guard house prior to the arrival of your guests.  Also have your guests check in at the office when they arrive.
